Reflections
When I was younger, my mom would take me to see the ballet on my birthday. It became a very meaningful event for me because I loved the flowing dance and the gracefulness of the dancers. When I saw this picture, I knew I had to create this remembrance of the ballet dancers I used to fall in love with every year.
This quilt was published in the Fiber Art Magazine and was on display at the Iowa Museum of Arts with the rest of the winners of this exhibit.
