ABOUT SHIPPING AND RETURNS
These terms apply to all items sold on this website.

FREE SHIPPING AND SALES TAX are included in the price of all items on this website. (Shipments via regular ground service, to addresses in the contiguous US) Products purchased outside the contiguous US states may incur additional shipping costs. The customer will be notified by the artist to confirm additional costs and payment method before the item is shipped.

What if an item is damaged in transit?  Please notify the artist immediately. The artwork will need to be returned to the artist to determine a course of action. Please keep a receipt of shipping cost. If the item can be repaired, the artist will do so and send it back to the customer along with reimbursement for the cost of the shipping from the customer to the artist. If it cannot be repaired, the artist will issue a full refund for the purchase cost plus the customer’s verified cost to ship the item to the artist.

What if I change my mind about the purchase? If the customer chooses not to keep the artwork purchased, the artist must be notified within ten days of the customer’s receipt of the artwork. The customer will ship the artwork back to the artist at the customer’s expense. Upon receipt of the returned artwork in unharmed condition, the artist will issue a full refund to the customer for the purchase price of the item less the artist’s initial shipping and handling costs to ship the artwork to the customer.

The individual artists represented in this website are participating in this volunteer-run platform to introduce their work to art lovers and patrons.
All transactions are between the artist and the patron.

Processing of payments - PayPal and Credit Card transactions - are administered by Studio Art QUilt Associates, Inc.
